All Collaboration By Fortnite In September 2023

Crossovers in Fortnite is one thing that fans of the battle royale game love. The crossovers are a fantastic way to keep players engaged and interacting with the gaming content. On its own, Fortnite is a cool and enjoyable game for anyone that loves a heart-pumping survival of the fittest gameplay. However, with the crossovers, players get a chance to play as their favourite pop-culture character and even participate in one-of-a-kind events, tournaments, and more. Which is why when Epic Games, released a survey of potential future crossovers on their social media pages, fans went ballistic.

The recent September 2023 Survey hinted at possible future collaborations with popular series, actors, movies, sports players, and even other famous gaming characters like Mario. These partnerships are not only good to ensure the popularity of the game, but also an amazing way for fans to get loads of special rewards, items, and even opportunities to play in exciting events. While nothing has been confirmed, there are a list of crossovers that fans are really hoping for.

Taking to X (previously Twitter), well-known news reported and leaker Shiina (@ShiinaBR) revealed that Epic Games had sent out a survey where they posted a list of names and asked Fortnite enthusiasts which of the following names are they most familiar with. It is known among players that either one or more of these names will most probably become a future collaboration. It is likely that the most popular one will be the next big Fortnite collab. There are ten categories under which there are around twenty names listed in each. So, everything from anime to sports persons are included. Just a glance at the list will tell you that there are some iconic ones like Christiano Ronaldo, Vin Diesel, Among Us in video games, Eminem, and more.

While all there are pretty iconic ones in the list, we’ll be listing down some of the more popular collabs that fans are excited about.  

Fortnite Collaborations Fans are Most Excited For

• Christiano Ronaldo – Being one of the world’s best and most popular football players in the world, Christian Ronaldo is definitely on the top of the collab list. Many who are Fortnite players are also hardcore fans of the footballer, this maybe why he’s one of the top picks. Also, it would be fun to have a Ronaldo skin on the game with which you can play with.

• All Star Wars characters – Under the Popular Culture Characters category, there are many included from Star Wars. There are characters like Obi-Wan Kenobi, Jar Jar Binks, C-3PO, Moff Gideon, Bo-Katan Kryze, and Admiral Ackbar. Star Wars is one of the biggest IPs in the entertainment world and it would be fun to see it come to Fortnite.

• Metal Gear – In the video game character list, a collab with characters from Metal Gear seems to get a lot of positive feedback. Characters like Solid Snake and Raiden are listed. If there is a partnership in store, then expect to see any one of these on the game.

• Eminem – Music fans also were shocked to see their favourite artists on the list like DJ Khalid, Post Malone, Linkin Park, and more. However, being one of the best and longest industry rap artists, Eminem seems to take a spot on the top favourite. If a collab is in place, one can expect some music to go along with great Eminem inspired skins.

• Clash of Clans – Another game on the list is Clash of Clans, which is an interesting choice given that Clash of Clans is an online multiplayer game and also has its version of battle royale. However, that might just be what makes the collaboration work. Since, there are a lot of fun characters in Clash of Clans, seeing them come to Fortnite would be a cool thing to see.

Fan Requested Collabs Not on the List

While the list is extensive, many fans pointed out that there were some options missing from the list. These are mainly collabs that fans have been demanding for but has not come to pass.

1. One Piece x Fortnite – Now that the One Piece live action is out and well received by many, the long running manga/anime series has been introduced to a whole new set of audience. However, a collab with One Piece has been on request from fans for a long time. Many were upset that they did not see it on the survey but nevertheless requested for it anyways.
2. Nicki Minaj x Fortnite – This one seems out of the blue, but it looks like there are many Nicki Minaj fans on Fortnite. Chun-Li which is an iconic Street Fighter video game character was in the survey. Perhaps this was what prompted fans to request a Nicki Minaj collab, given that she has a song named ‘Chun-Li.’
