3 Reasons Why Jonathan Is Not Playing In BGMS Season 2

Health issues

Jonathan missed the first two days of League Week 2 of BGMS Season 2 because he had health issues. His manager, Kamaljeet, in a vlog revealed that Jonathan was suffering from fever and had a temperature of 103 to 104 degrees. This led to him being admitted to the hospital. Currently, Jonathan is  recovering from his illness and is under doctor’s observation under bed rest.

Personal reasons

Besides Jonathan has also cited personal reasons for his absence from BGMS Season 2. He did not reveal the specific reasons, however he has said that he needs to focus on his health and family at the moment.

Team decision

It is rumored that Jonathan’s absence from BGMS Season 2 could be a team decision. Team GodLike may have decided to rest Jonathan so that he can fully recover from his illness and be at his best for the upcoming tournaments.

Whatever the reasons are for Jonathan’s absence, from the team’s current results it is evident that he is a valuable asset to Team GodLike. Jonathan is one of the most skilled players in India currently, and his presence on the team is a big factor that increases their chances of winning. Besides, fans are also hoping that Jonathan will be able to return to BGMS Season 2 soon, however, currently, his health and well-being are the most important things.

Apart from the above reasons, there are a few other possibilities that could be the possible reasons for Jonathan’s absence from BGMS Season 2. For example, he could be taking a break from competitive play to focus on his streaming career. Or, he could be preparing for a new tournament that is not yet announced. Only time can tell us what the real reason for his absence is.

However, one thing is sure that Jonathan’s absence is a big blow to Team GodLike. They are undoubtedly a strong team, however, they will be missing one of their most important players. Thus, it will be interesting to see how the team performs without Jonathan in the upcoming weeks.
